If within one year your Hunters Element product is found to have a manufacturer fault in any way, we will repair or replace it for free!
Please use the Contact Us page to notify us of the issue, including pics of the fault and proof of purchase. We evaluate each case individually to determine the best course of action.
WARRANTY ISSUES:
Returns for manufacturer faults will be accepted. Please use our Contact Us page to notify us of the issue, including pics of the fault and proof of purchase.
INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
Contact us via e-mail or phone if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. Get in touch via our Contact Us page and we'll help you out!
SIZING RETURNS & OTHER:
For online orders where you would like to change the size of one or more products, please contact us first. Once you have filled in a return request and we receive the product back (still in new brand-new condition with the swing tags included), we will issue a full refund. You can then purchase the new size and it will be sent out as normal.
For a successful return request please attach a photo of the product showing the defect, or for size swaps, show the product in new condition with the tags on and a description to match.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns or repairs unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
All items purchased on SALE (discounted price) are final. Some products may be exchanged if there are replacement sizes available, but this is at the full discretion of Hunters Element Staff. Staff hold the right to refuse exchanges or returns.
