Defective Merchandise: Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. Please try to include all original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment or packaging.
Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail or phone if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. Get in touch via our Contact Us page and we'll help you out!
Sizing Returns & Other: For online order returns relating to instances where the size of items needs to be changed, we will provide store credit for the value of the item purchased assuming the gear is in brand new condition and all of the tags are still on. For a successful return request please attach a photo of the product showing the defect, or for size swaps, show the product in new condition with the tags on and send it to: info@evolveoutdoors.com
