Shipping & Import Duties Info

We ship all orders worldwide from New Zealand and some delays are to be expected depending on your country/region. The shipping details below are an estimate, and we advise allowing for at least a month for gear to be shipped internationally. Please note the cost of import duties and/or taxes are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.

USA

*Shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes or carrier brokerage fees. These are charged by the carrier on arrival in the USA, are the buyer's responsibility, and are NOT INCLUDED in your order total. Depending on the contents of your order, duties can range from 30–60% of the order value. Customs clearance may also cause delays.

Orders refused on delivery due to unpaid duties will be returned to us. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
