Garment Care and Maintenance
Breathable garments should be washed by hand, in a bathtub, in cold water using Sportswash. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. Do not dry clean. A water repellent treatment will rejuvenate the water resistant finish.
Applying DWR (Durable Water Repellent)
After the garment has been washed and thoroughly rinsed, saturate the outside with a suitable water repellent treatment. Allow product to drip dry, when dry put in dryer and set in dryer. Please follow the instructions on the back of the water repellent for best results.
Reparing your Hunters Element Gear
Tears, punctures and pinholes do happen but due to the technical nature of the fabrics repairs need to be done by the Hunters Element team.
LONG-TERM STORAGE
Dry completely before storing to avoid mildew. Store away from heat or direct light. Hung in a closet on a hanger is best for long-term storage.
